These terms govern your use of cerocodeai.com. Paid engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, as described below.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and CeroCode AI LLC ("CeroCode AI," "we," "us," "our"), a New Hampshire limited liability company located at 1 Hardy Rd Ste 1144, Bedford, NH 03110. By using this website or booking a call with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
CeroCode AI is a boutique advisory firm. Our services include AI adoption advisory, business analysis, AI opportunity evaluation, technology and tool/vendor research, strategy, recommendations, adoption roadmaps, workflow analysis, and — where separately scoped — implementation support and no-code solution implementation. Our recommendations are professional opinions based on the information available to us; they are not guarantees of any particular outcome. CeroCode is not a custom software developer.
This website provides information about our services and lets you book a no-obligation discovery call through our scheduling provider. Booking a call or contacting us does not by itself create a client relationship or any obligation to purchase services. A client relationship begins only when we both agree to a specific engagement.
These Terms govern general use of the public website. Paid engagements are governed by a separate written document — for example, an engagement agreement, master services agreement, proposal, statement of work, or order form — that sets out the scope, deliverables, fees, and specific terms of the work. If a signed engagement document conflicts with these Terms for that engagement, the signed engagement document governs.
Our recommendations are based on the information made available to us, our research, our professional and business judgment, and the scope of the engagement. Clients remain responsible for their own business decisions. CeroCode does not provide legal, accounting, tax, investment, financial, medical, insurance, cybersecurity certification, or regulatory compliance advice, and nothing we provide should be relied upon as such. You should consult qualified professionals in those areas where appropriate.
AI systems can produce output that is inaccurate or incomplete, and AI technology continues to change. Third-party products, their pricing, features, and integrations also change over time, and some use cases require human oversight. Any AI tool or workflow we recommend or help implement is intended to support your business, not to replace your judgment. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output before relying on it, particularly for decisions affecting customers, finances, safety, or legal obligations.
Our work may involve researching, recommending, configuring, implementing, or coordinating third-party software and AI platforms that we do not own or control. Those providers control their own pricing, availability, uptime, functionality, security practices, privacy practices, licensing, and product changes, and your use of them is subject to their agreements. CeroCode is not responsible for vendor price increases, outages, discontinuation, product changes, or service failures outside our reasonable control.
To get the most from an engagement, you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide, your own business decisions and internal approvals, appropriate human oversight of any tools adopted, your industry's legal and regulatory obligations, your authorization to share any materials or data with us, and compliance with the terms of any third-party software you use.
Fees, payment schedules, cancellation provisions, and other engagement terms are established in the applicable proposal, agreement, statement of work, or order form for each engagement.
CeroCode retains ownership of its frameworks, methodologies, templates, research and assessment processes, know-how, and reusable materials, including the design and content of this website. Client-specific deliverables prepared for an engagement may be used by the client internally unless the engagement agreement provides otherwise. Third-party technology remains subject to its own licensing.
We treat non-public business information you share with us as confidential, use it for the purposes of the engagement, and disclose it only to service providers who need it to support the work, or where required by law. More detailed confidentiality obligations may be set out in a client engagement agreement.
This website and any general information on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. CeroCode does not guarantee any specific financial, operational, or business outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CeroCode AI LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of this website. Any limitation of our liability with respect to a paid engagement will be set out in that engagement's agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of the website means you accept the updated Terms.
