We collect information you choose to provide and the limited information needed to operate our website. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include information shared through our scheduling tool, by email, during discovery conversations, and over the course of an advisory or implementation engagement. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we ask that you share only information you are authorized to share. The specific fields collected through our scheduling tool may change over time as we adjust its settings.
We rely on a small number of service providers to operate, and share information with them only as needed. These currently include a scheduling provider (Calendly), business email and productivity tools (Google Workspace), and website hosting and infrastructure providers. Additional providers may be used during a client engagement depending on its scope.
These providers operate under their own privacy policies and terms. When we recommend or help implement a third-party AI or software platform, that provider's privacy practices apply to its own services, and we encourage you to review them.
CeroCode does not sell or rent personal information.
Our website uses essential cookies and similar technologies needed for the site to function and to remember your preferences. Our booking section embeds a third-party scheduling tool (Calendly), which may set its own cookies and process information in order to display and operate the scheduler. We do not currently use advertising pixels or third-party marketing trackers on this website. If we add website analytics or similar technologies in the future, we will update this policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site, including the embedded scheduler, may not function as intended if you do.
CeroCode uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to safeguard information in its possession. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here and to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, then delete or anonymize it. If you ask us to delete information and we are not required to retain it, we will.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided, subject to applicable law, our contractual obligations, and legitimate recordkeeping and operational requirements. We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be posted on this page.
